Here are a few of the features you'll find on our web-based software application.

• Our database is maintained online, so you can log in from any computer, anytime, and will never loose data. Corrections and updates are made automatically for you. Log In to your account from home, Internet café or wherever.
• You'll have the ability to copy contacts from the main source into your own online customized media lists. We call this My Media. You can have as many custom lists in My Media as you need.
• You can search, sort, print and export your My Media lists to your heart's content.
• One-touch export straight to MS Excel©. How easy is that?
• Create status reports on the fly by exporting a My Media to Excel© and merging with an MS Word© template, and voila, instant status report. We've created three MS Word© status report templates to choose from or you can create your own.
• You'll be able to bookmark records and search for them later.
• You'll have a dedicated field to record your own comments. This feld will export so that you can include that information in a report. Add details about the contact's personality or the name of their kids. This information is only available for your password, so be candid! Use it to track when you sent a press release or made a follow-up call. Generating an up-to-date status report never was easier!
• You'll be able to refine your search results based on contact name, outlet name, outlet category, state, deadline, keyword, upload date. You can also narrow your search to just bookmarked records or just My Media records.
• Quickly pull up records which have been uploaded or updated since your last visit. When you log in your search page tells you when you last visited (you didn't think we'd make you remember, did you?).
• You'll have easy printer friendly formats for individual records or entire lists.
